Location: Shanghai
Job Summary: Manage and oversee all functions of 20,000 m2 logistics center
operations in Shanghai. U.S. parent company. Position will be responsible for
the matrix management of department mangers. Implements and monitors controls
for budget over site, quality management, customer service, sales, finished
goods inventory, material planning, and human resources. Directs the work of
all department managers. Will be responsible for the security of assets
including facilities and equipment.
Supervises: Logistics Manager, Accounting Manager, Sales Manager and Supplier
Quality Engineering Supervisor
Qualifications: Requires a minimum expatriate experience of 5 years working in
China (2 of which for an electronics manufacturing company is preferred).
Experience in a ¡°Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise¡± business is necessary. A
business degree or a related field from a Western school is mandatory (U.S.
School is preferred). Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of managing
inventory and warehouse operations is mandatory.

Requirements: Position requires a BS in quality Management or any related
Engineering field with minimum 6¨C8 years experience, and at least 4 years in
Quality Management.
Ability to manage a group, establish priorities, direct daily activities and
assignments, provide staff training/personnel development, coordinate/interface
with various departments.
Must be results oriented, organized, flexible with the ability to handle
multiple projects, capable of decision making with good interpersonal and
problem solving skill.
Must possess good working knowledge of various Operational Processes: PCB
Fabrication (ANSI IPC 600 & 6010), PCBA Assembly (ANSI IPC 610), Receiving
Inspection / Control & Disposition of Nonconforming Material, System
Integration / Product Testing, Receiving / Packaging / Shipping.
Position requires knowledge of Process Data collection / Analysis / Charting,
Incorporation of Engineering Change requests and maintenance of a Supplier,
Corrective Action system.
Needs to have a good background in the ISO 9000 requirements, the ability to
write Departmental / Process procedures and a through understanding of Internal
Auditing techniques.
Must have good oral and written communication skills in both English and
Chinese, Must possess above average Skills in using the computer, Microsoft
Office, familiar with data bases and the ability to learn the Company¡¯s
software programs.

environment. Hands on experience in implementation of systems, continuous
improvement principles with a full bottom line responsibility. Must be
knowledgeable of all Chinese laws and regulations. Must have New Plant start up
experience. Must be fluent in Oral and Written English

Duties & Responsibilities:
General Accounting : Manage current accounting staff, Help set up
procedures to ensure proper accounting for all transactions, Approve various
account reconciliations, Approve all bank reconciliations, Preparing,
approving, posting journal entries, Coordinating the month-end close process,
Help with budgeting process, Help with financial statement and internal
controls audits.
Financial Reporting : Preparation of monthly financial statements
including notes, Monthly variance analysis, Preparation of monthly SEC
schedules.
Accounts Payable : Hold the Financial Chop, Set up processes to ensure
appropriate documentation is received prior to payment, Approve payments after
proper documentation is received, Release payments.
Accounts Receivable : Ensure all payments are properly posted to the
accounts, Ensure all cash is deposited in the correct bank account.
Payroll : Set up process to ensure payroll is properly paid and
recorded.
Internal Controls: Help set up internal control processes, Validation of
processes and controls, Remediation of control activities and processes,
Testing of controls.
Other : Preparation of governmental compliance reports, Oversee daily
accounting duties, Help with projects to streamline processes, improve
procedures, automate steps within the accounting department. Native Mandarin

Sales)
Location: Shanghai
- Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for building distributor network,
and end-user customer accounts, Develop and maintain good relationship with key
accounts, Coordinate relevant members/departments to ensure a sufficient
service and support provided to customer.
- Products include: Hazardous and Non Hazardous electrical conduit fittings,
motor control, safety products and lighting.
- Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
Minimum 3-5 years experience with Electrical Products for Industrial,
Petrochemical, OEM Companies and Electrical Distribution, Solid channel
management in heavy industries is required, Good communication skill and
coordination skill, Good command of English, and Willing to travel
occasionally.
